TUTORING ACTION PLAN.
Through the plan, mentors, teachers and guidance counselors walk with the students in their personal maturation process. A lot of individual and collective actions are taken and directed to the acquisition of personal and social competences that help our students to cope with efficiency and plenitude in their present and future life.
MEETINGS WITH FAMILIES
Regular contact and communication with the families is a crucial aspect of our educative project. A close monitoring of the students, their evolution, strengths and specific necessities, in case they exist, are taken care of in periodic meetings with the parents.
In Primary Education, to fulfill this purpose each mentor will conduct a minimum of three meetings with parents throughout the school year. In Secondary and Baccalaureate there are at least two. The number of meetings will increase when it is necessary to guarantee the favorable evolution of each student.
GUIDANCE DEPARTMENT
The Guidance Department performs a fundamental paper in school life and provides a great doses of quality in the accompanying and attention of the students, their families and the educative community as a whole.
The guidance counselor’s team in the school is formed by a wide and multidisciplinary group, that englobes specialized professionals of different fields: pedagogy, psychopedagogy, psychology, social education and speech therapy. This profile of professionals guarantees a personalized attention and reflects our effort to offer an accompanying with quality to the students in their personal, emotional, social and academic education process.
In the school, the Guidance Department has the following functions:
- Collaborating with the mentors in the different activities of each stage.
- Doing a follow-up of the students and evaluating their maturing process.
- Developing and participating in programs that are adapted to the necessities of the students.
- Coordinating the instruction and advice of parents. This task will be carried also by the mentors.
- Designing and participating in the development plan of the tutorial action and the academic and professional guiding plan.

DA VICI PROGRAM
Oriented to the attention of High Capacity students. This program has different components
- Early detection of High Capacity students
- Cognitive enrichment of the students in the classroom and in the homogeneous work groups.
- Monitoring of the school evolution
- Detecting, monitoring and help in the personal and social evolution of High Capacity students
- Accompanying of parents
EVEREST PROGRAM
Designed for the specific attention of students with difficulties, their parents and their teachers. This program deepens the individualized attention and commissioning of new measures and specific resources adjusted to the most needed students.
READING AND WRITING PROGRAM
Oriented to the attention of students that need support and/or psychopedagogical intervention in this area. This program takes place in Pre-K and in the early years of Primary Education.
ATTENTION PROGRAM
Oriented to the attention of students that need support and/or psychopedagogical intervention in this area. The program takes place in the early years of Primary Education.
- MINDFULNESS
- COHABITATION PROGRAM
Oriented to the attention of all the students in the school as a preventing program. For its development there will be different actions throughout the school year and in all educative levels.
SOCIAL ABILITIES IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
Oriented to the attention of students that need support and/or psychopedagogical intervention in this area. This program takes place in Primary and Secondary Education.
ARBITRATION AMONG EQUALS PROGRAM
Oriented to teach coexistence attitudes and arbitration abilities. It is Oriented to the students in the last years of Primary Education and Secondary.
